The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, has today re-issued Practice Note SC EQ 6 – Cross-Border Insolvency: Cooperation with Foreign Courts or Foreign Representatives.
The Practice Note commenced operation today, 15 September 2017. The amendments correct matters that are out of date and also adopts the Judicial Insolvency Network Guidelines (Singapore).
